Full time Professional Chef’s Courses, as well as short courses for housewives and cookery enthusiasts, are available. Courses are internationally recognised and are based on the British City and Guilds.

The students are able to experience all aspects of catering by working in the on-site restaurant and various other restaurants operated by the group.

1st Year: Certificate in Food Preparation and Cookery
One year on a full time basis

2nd Year: Advanced Diploma in Culinary Arts
(Incorporating the Diploma in Food Preparation and Cookery)
One year part-time basis.

Course 3: Diploma in Patisserie
Six months on a full time basis or 1 year on a part time basis.
