The 7even Rosé is made from 100% Cabernet Franc grapes which were harvested from our South-West facing slopes on decomposed granite soils of the Polkadraai Hills and picked at 22 degrees Brix.
The grapes were crushed, separated from the skins, settled, racked and fermented. The wine was fermented cold at 12-14 degrees Celsius to retain fresh red fruit aromas. The delicate pink colour for the Rose is derived from the red pigments that are released during the crushing process.
An elegant, medium-bodied dry Rosé with juicy red fruit and fresh acidity. It pairs particularly well with seafood, a niçoise salad or pizza.
